How We Build Your Pool
Most projects take 6 to 8 weeks from groundbreaking to first swim. Locking in your design early is what keeps us on schedule.
1. Design Consultation.
We meet you at your home to talk through your vision and narrow down exactly what you’re after. If you already have a budget in mind, we’ll build options around it from the start
That alone helps keep your design phase short and your timeline predictable.
2. Permitting.
Once your contract is signed and your down payment is in, we pull every permit required within city limits ourselves.
You never have to deal with the city.
3. Layout & Excavation.
Before anything is dug, we check for utility lines so nothing gets hit, then paint your exact design directly on the ground so you can see and approve the real layout in your yard, not just on paper.
Once you’re happy with it, we break ground.
4. Structure & Plumbing.
We form the pool with a wood base, bring in the steel, and run the short plumbing.
Usually complete within about a week.
5. Gunite Shell.
Your pool takes real shape.
6. Tile, Coping & Plumbing.
Tile and coping go in, and we run the long plumbing out to its final connections. We then pressure test every line, on both the short and long plumbing, to catch any issues early rather than after the fact.
7. Decking & Landscape.
This is where concrete, stone, pavers, outdoor kitchens, and turf come together. We finish essentially your entire yard before we ever plaster the pool itself, and we can handle full irrigation and landscape design too, led by our landscape team with 14 years of experience.
8. Plaster, Fill & Startup.
Plaster is applied over a 1–3 day process, then we fill the pool and start the filtration system. From there, a strict 28-day startup begins, with water readings documented the entire way to make sure everything settles in exactly right. This is also when your warranty officially begins.
